Khalil has a rich international experience gained through his work for leading construction firms in Italy, Qatar, and the UK (e.g., Cimolai and Cleveland Bridge UK).

Khalil has been involved as a team leader in a variety of notable projects, including VTB Stadium in Russia and Al Bayt Stadium in Qatar (100 million euro contract); WHSD steel viaducts in Russia; special equipment for bridge launching; and steel industrial buildings with heavy overhead cranes.
